Vacher R1420 is a solvent free amine-functional resin. It is an aspartic ester polymer, used as reactive partner for polyisocyanates. It is used to formulate high-solids, two-component polyurethane topcoats and solvent-free coating materials.

FEATURE

High-solid and low-viscosity, it can be made into high-solid, low-viscosity protective coatings, two-component polyurethane topcoats and two-component solvent-free coatings.

The coating film has excellent fullness, levelling performance and gloss.

The finished coating film has outstanding physical and chemical properties.

It can be fast cured at low temperature or room temperature, it can be surface-dried in 20-30 minutes, and the hard-drying time is 1-2 hours.

APPLICATION

It can be widely used in various high-grade coating fields, such as automotive paint, high-grade wood paint and other fields, which can significantly improve the fullness, gloss, hardness and speed up the drying of the paint film.

It can be used in paint for light and heavy anti-corrosion fields such as steel structures and oil pipelines.

It can be used in the marine field to deploy high-performance ship paint and bridge anti-corrosion paint.

Vacher R1520 is a solvent-free coating material, used as a reactive partner for polyisocyanates. It’s the same model as Bayer Desmophen NH1520. It is used to formulate high-solids, two-component polyurethane topcoats and solvent-free coating materials.

APPLICATION

It is a low viscosity amine-based resin specially developed for the preparation of polyurethane/polyurea coatings. It can be used alone or mixed with hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin and cross-linked with aliphatic isocyanate to form high solids polyurethane/polyurea varnish. It can also be mixed with other amine-containing resins to obtain specific pot life and drying time when formulating high solid content polyurea topcoats.
